Geology – Sequence stratigraphical features, geology homework help

Please only bid if you are familiar with this subject. I have had 2 tutors fail at helping me answer these questions already.

List 8 distinct sequence stratigraphical features or sedimentary features that are relevant to sea-level change and sediment supply. For each of the 8 features you have chosen, indicate whether these features occur in the following settings:

  1. a carbonate ramp
  2. a siliciclastic system with a shelf break
  3. a mixed siliciclastic/carbonate succession in a carbonate rimmed shelf setting

If any of the 8 features you have chosen don’t occur in all 3 settings listed explain why.

For at least 6 of your chosen features, describe features that show how one of the settings (a carbonate ramp, a siliciclastic system with a shelf break, a mixed siliciclastic/carbonate succession in a carbonate rimmed shelf setting) differs from the other two.
