SOC 328 Concept Glossary: Students will build a concept glossary that will expand over the course of the semester. Events, theories, theorist, terms and phrases related to Sociology and Globalization will be created by the students (item/terms of their own choosing) and possibly terms assigned to students by the instructor. Students will have to investigate terms/phrases and formulate a definition/explanation in writing for each one. Students must cite sources used to formulate their definitions/explanations, if they are directly or closely paraphrasing (PLEASE NO- .com, Wikipedia, or other non-scholarly websites.). You don’t need to cite if you come up with your own ACCURATEexplanation of the term. Finally, each term must have an image or graphic that meaningfully connects to the term and the explanation (definition). Students will be responsible for producing 70-75 slides for their glossary. There will need to be an image for each definition.
