This class will first examine why certain leaders have failed ethically and what they could have done to prevent such a lapse in judgment. It will then look into conflict management styles to include how they differ and can be used to effectively deal with workplace conflict.

- Consider why leaders have failed ethically and how to ensure that these failures do not continue. Also review different conflict management styles to better resolve workplace issues.
