More on your Food Truck Business
You have projected your sales revenue for the year, now we need to start to consider your operating expenses. This week send over your spreadsheet again with the addition of the following three items.:
1 Enter on the Owners Salary row how much you want to get paid each month.
2 How many additional employees do you think you will need to operate your Food Truck? How much will their hourly rate be? Enter their salaries below yours for each month.
3. Enter your assumptions for the cost of the two insurance policies for the year. Hint: They will cost more than your car insurance.
4. In this week’s module there is an image that defines the difference between Fixed and Variable Expenses. From your spreadsheet, identify two expense items that would be considered fixed expenses, and two that would be variable expenses.
5, Watch the video in module 7, and Prepare a SMART Goal for your Hot Dog Truck Business. It needs to be SPECIFIC, MEASURABLE, ACHIEVABLE, RELEVENT, AND TIME BASED.
6. Explain the most significant risk factor facing small businesses.
