Imagine you are a technology company seeking to conduct business in China in spite of the challenges you found in the case study. Analyze the content and prepare a paper addressing the following prompts.
1. Assess the types of factors that generated the technology tensions in the case study and research other technology incidents in China since this case study.
2. Analyze the kind of tensions that could arise for your technology company when you attempt to operate in China. How will you minimize the adverse impact of them?
3. Determine whether you will adapt to the Chinese culture and accept the perceived or unfair treatment or seek legal advice. If you seek legal advice, what might be the ramifications?
4. Discuss how you might manage ongoing tensions as you operate in China.
5. Make recommendations as to what technology companies might do to mitigate these challenges in order to create their global footprint.
