Make sure you know the purpose, audience, and tone of the presentation. Include an introduction slide, body slides, and conclusion slide. You may use first person for this one. Do not use confusing jargon; your audience should be able to understand what you are saying. Use bulleting for your ideas instead of including large amounts of text. Do not copy and paste your entire paper in the PowerPoint. Label any charts, graphs, or tables that you use. Remember to cite your sources in the PowerPoint presentation as well. There should be at least five slides in your presentation. Use the Notes area of each slide to add your personal comments or notes.
