Now it is time to develop a career plan. But, before you can develop a career plan, you need to set career goals. SMART career goals can help you create an achievable action plan. SMART stands for goals that are: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound. Within this module, you will start developing a plan to achieve your career path by setting SMART career goals.
