You are missing multiple concept maps. Additionally, you are providing interventions as rationale – which is not what is required. You need to provide a rationale (or reason) for why the concept links to the disease exemplar itself. So if a clinical manifestation is rash, you could choose a concept of skin integrity. Your rationale could be the patient is at risk of impaired skin integrity related to the inflammatory reaction occurring causing a rash. You are able to correct your concept maps and resubmit them, but keep in mind I will grade them once all are submitted according to the late policy ( 5% per day deduction = 2 points per day, until day 7 when a zero is given).
