the two questions

  1. Would you consider using a service to pre-verify your résumé before you begin a job search? Why or why not? Do you think it would help your chances of getting a particular job? How would you address any potential issues in your résumé?
  2. If you were the HR manager for a small company with a limited budget, what would you consider to be the pros and cons of considering pre-verified résumés? Would you change the selection process for candidates who provide them?

the two answers will write feedback

1- – Yes, I think it would help my chances of getting a particular job because I believe that is the initial way of the company to select candidates and then they may make interviews based on the resume. Also, many times when I wanted to get a job, they “companies” told me to give them my resume and then they would look at all of the applicants and they will let you know so that means the resume is very important in the business field.

2-I might consider it depending on the cost and the reviews of the service. Right now, because I am a student through the university and they offer a resume workshop and review system, I don’t really see the need to look for other services because my main concern would be to make sure it looks professional and well put and I can do that through the school. I think it is important to have a thorough, yet concise resume and have it look professional and I think anyone who makes sure that theirs meets those requirement will have an advantage because it just looks better
