Hi there, i have given a college that i need to give them suggestions and ideas
here is the instructions from the professor
You have the setup, the research, the action plan, the execution, creative description of
the “Balanced Scorecard Approach”, and the outcome. Your role is to
cast your eyes forward, provide input regarding changes that will help
College better serve the needs for future students.
What does not exist that should? What does exist but be improved? What
should our campus look like? What should our sports programs look
like? Where should the fields be? Ice Rink? Green space? Other
dormitory options? Pets? Scholarship opportunities?
Community outreach? Even things like parking or food service. This is
not intended to be a community ‘bark’ session, instead I want you to
provide your team’s insights and then support why it would be an
excellent use of future funds.
One
addition: Whatever change you suggest – think about it in a
“self-funding” or sustainable basis. Is there a financial
solution behind your idea? I don’t expect deep rooted analysis of
solutions; however, it cannot be impossible to create or fund. Think
real world. For instance, if you say parking is a challenge … what is
the solution? An example – build a 4 story parking
garage in the Main Street side of the Holy Cross lot … a benefit would
be to allow people entering campus for 3rd floor activities
to be able to park and enter the event on the same level (weddings,
large campus formal events, etc.. You could charge
for this service … financially sustainable. Get the picture?
