If you cannot find the IPO filing, or it is very old, go ahead and use the 10-K document from 2009.
2) Additionally provide a summary of the Risk Factors and answer the following questions:
- Which risk factors became true since the IPO?
- Which risk factors did not come true?
- Are there other risk factors not mentioned in the prospectus that became relevant today?
When answering 2), you can refer to the latest conference calls on your company and latest 10K and 10Qs.
Part 1) will be graded normally and Part 2) will be graded based not on length, but on how insightful it is.
