Final Case Analysis Paper – Thinking and Doing Ethics

My final case analysis paper is due Sunday. We are only allowed to use 2 sources and that is our books. The names are

Thinking Critically About Ethical Issues – Vincent Ruggiero 9th edition

Ethical Choices – an introduction to moral philosophy with cases – Richard Burnor & Yvonne Raley 2nd Edition’s.

My paper has to be 800 words and in MLA format. Also need to reference resources within paper. I have attached the full description of what the paper needs to have in order to meet the needed requirements. Paper must be plagiarism free. Our case question for the paper is as follows:

Virtual child pornography” is the term given to video depictions of child-child or child-adult sexual activity in which the “participants” are not actual children but realistic computer-generated images of children. The Federal Child Pornography Prevention Act banned this kind of pornography, but in April 2002 the U.S. Supreme Court declared the ban unconstitutional. (The Court upheld the section of the law that bans pornographic depictions of actual children, however.) Evaluate virtual child pornography from an ethical standpoint.

Please let me know if you will be able to help me.

Thank you,

Danielle Raleigh
