Submit your final project, the Investment Analysis Report, which should include a portfolio analysis template, a complete portfolio, and an executive summary.
In addition, you should provide a justification for your investment strategies in an Executive Summary. Please attach your documents as a single file or as one Word and one Excel file. In addition to the information from your earlier Milestones your final portfolio report should include the following in an Executive Summary:
1. A description of how making these investments will position the portfolio to perform well. Support with examples.
2. Explain the benefits of the investments to stakeholders (specifically, how will they increase shareholder wealth)
3. Assets investment performance utilizing specific performance measures.
4. Assets investment performance based on risk/return metrics.
5. Explain how the strategies implemented in the portfolio meet the investment objectives.
