This project involves involves applying some concepts from chapter 11 in our textbook, which covers stress. In this project you will create and execute a plan to reduce stress in your life, then write a paper (500-1000 words) describing your experience of doing this project. If you choose to do this extra credit assignment, please turn it in by midnight on the last day of class.
Chapter 11 discusses a variety of issues and factors that tend to increase the amount of stress that you experience in your day-to-day living. After reading this chapter, devise a plan for reducing your level of stress. This plan can include eliminating or reducing things in your environment that create stress. Your plan can also involve changing the way you cope with stress.
