• Givens and Busch argue that public-private partnerships in critical infrastructure protection are at an important crossroad. Discuss these crossroads by listing and describing your top three concerns for this public-private partnership.
• Despite the potential benefits of public-private partnerships, Givens and Busch believe there are numerous organizational pathologies that create the conditions for the partnerships to fall short of expectations. They suggest five initial steps that can help remove these pathologies. Do you agree with their conclusions? Why or why not?
