Wildwind Kennels (http://uninets.net/~wildwind/) offers training for English springer spaniels. Every month the kennel sends out an invoice for each dog being trained. Besides payment information, the invoice contains a description of what was done with the dog each day of the month.

Based on the example invoice, produce a professional looking invoice template for the kennel. Make changes to improve the look of the template.

No specific information about a particular dog or owner should appear on the template. How would like to receive a bill with someone else’s name on it?

Each month, the template would be used by one of the kennel’s trainers to fill in daily information about a particular dog. The resulting invoice would then be sent to the dog’s owner.

There is one line per day of the month. The Status, Task, Progress, and Notes columns have to be empty on the template. The number of live birds used in training each day is entered in the appropriate cell. Remove the “Ducks” column. The kennel’s logo has to appear on the template. The invoice has to fit on one printed page. Use simple formulas where appropriate (e.g., when computing the cost of the birds). Add color where appropriate. The “Membership Payment” should be zero. Include the kennel’s contact information.
