A.Final Project Format:

Title page or cover (APA style)

Abstract: 100-150 words

Introduction: (300 words: 1⅓ pages double spaced)

Brief Literature review: Focus on the dependent variable, and show some empirical evidence that will help you to support the selection of your independent variable(s).

Hypotheses: You need to specify five hypotheses for the whole survey and stratified by sex and race. One for each bivariate test you must run:

oChi-square Tests

oIndependent Samples T test

oAnalysis of Variance: One way

oPearson Correlation

oSimple Linear Regression (Option: Simple Logistic Regression)

Methods (300 words: 1⅓ pages double spaced)

Measures: In this section you need to present and describe your variables (see Table 1)

Data Analysis: Briefly discuss the statistical tests that will be used to test each hypothesis (remember you need to conduct all the tests mentioned above).

Results: Present a brief narrative for each hypothesis including Tables (words: open). See example below.

Discussion and Conclusion: Highlight the significant results and offer your own insights about the results (200 words).
