Discuss whether you think the decision was well justified, and why or why not.
Your paper should be 4-6 double-spaced pages (plus your Works Cited page) in Times New Roman 12-point font with 1-inch margins. Be sure to cite, especially when you quote directly, and do no plagiarize from other sources. No additional sources are necessary besides the case opinions and the Carter & Burke reading.
