Need a small role-playing discussion for the below instructions and attached.
1. Preparation
How you will try to convince Emily not to report John’s stealing.
2. Dyad role-play
My assigned partner is playing the role of Emily (Discussion below). For this activity, you will be role-playing as Ginger in a second meeting with Emily (i.e. you are not reading from the script above; you are engaging in a new conversation), where you will be attempting to convince Emily not to report John’s stealing.
“Emily’s second meeting with Ginger”
Please modify/fill in the arguments under the “G:”. Then please finish the discussion post answering the below 4 questions.
E: Hey Ginger, do you have a minute to spare?
G: Hey Emily, come on in. Is this about John again?
E: Yeah, this is about John and the fact that he is stealing money from a company I care for. He is using his management powers to get away with stealing by blaming the rest of us. What is going to stop him from blaming you, Ginger? I want to continue to work at Tasty’s and make sure this company does not suffer any more job losses due to stores closing. This has been my life for the past 5 years and I want to continue to grow with this company.
I also understand that Blake and John went to school together, and if you feel that there might be a conflict of interest, we can go directly to Richard Mann, the division manager.
I want to make sure you are behind me with giving John what he deserves. I need your help in bringing this crook justice. If we don’t do anything, our location will get shutdown due to lack of profits and that will not just the both of us jobless, but Martin and others as well. If we lose our job, John will most likely go to a different Tasty’s location and repeat the same mistakes until the entire Tasty’s corporation is out of business.

3. Discussion Board
1. Post your answers to the following questions (in the thread title, state which role you played):
What arguments did you make, and how did Emily respond?
What effect did organizational politics have on your arguments or behavior?
What challenges or likely outcomes will you and Emily face if you report? If you don’t report?
What effects will either course of action have on various stakeholders?
