Ethical Behaviors in Unions and Union Ethics Training

Recently within the company, an issue arose concerning several employees who were not wanting union dues. The employee’s heard that the union dues were going to be paid towards union leaders’ wages and argued it was unethical. That said, this has caught the attention of your manager, and he needs you to present the problem and provide a solution for the Union leaders meeting in a couple of weeks.

For your presentation, you manager has asked you to create a presentation of 5-6 slides using PowerPoint with written notes describing the information on each slide (this needs to be in the notes section). Please cover the following items:

5. Summary of two program ideas to help eliminate unethical behavior for union workers in collective bargaining
