Step one) use the internet, or other resources to find either a greenwashed ad or a greenwashed product (I recommend finding at least 2 before making a choice)
Step two) Read Kim Severson’s text and carefully look for the ways in which marketers use clever techniques, like color, typeface, and the promise of an “authentic narrative”
– At several spots throughout the text, she tells/shows what a typical greenwashed product or label looks like
Step three) Write a three-paragraph essay based on your findings and the Severson text.
1) In detail, what is greenwashing (use mostly your words, but I want one quote from her)
2) Tell me one reason, in detail, why you think your ad/product is greenwashed (use a quote from Severson)
3) Tell me another reason, in detail, why you think your ad/product is greenwashed (use a quote from Severson)
Step 4) provide me with a link to your image, ad, or product,
