I will selecting a customer service section for Facebook. I am talking about a adding a real life sector to Facebook’s customer service. All of their existing customer service are pre loaded questions. I had this problem this past weekend when my account was completely hacked. I was hacked and the hacker changed my email and took my phone number off. I had no idea what to do so I decided to go to reddit where there is an answer for everything. I began thinking what I could have done that someone got my information.. After my research it had nothing to do with me. This is a very common this that happens but there is only one real fix to this and it is not very simple. Oculus is owned by Facebook and they have customer service. The reason why this is relevant is because you need a Facebook in order to use an Oculus. They have a direct line to Facebook and can submit an order for a review. The frustrating part of this is that the Oculus are hundreds of dollars. I do not intend to get the item I will return it but you have to have a serial number to file a customer service report with Oculus. Although this may not be a super common thing it still would be nice to directly email Facebook and not spend money. What happens if someone can not afford to buy an Oculus to get help. The goal is to get Facebook to operate an active customer service. My report is about Facebooks lack of customer service. My findings are that Facebook has automated responses to generic questions but their services end after you try all of there steps. This is a problem because their steps do not always fixed your problem. My recommendation is to add a section that is not A.I. I would take the reports ideas because it states the lack of customer service. I would add the idea of buying an Oculus to get communication from there customer service. This does work but it does take a little while to get it back I would say a week or two. I would also like to see Facebook add more security I had every security measure selected including two factor authentication that someone got worked around.
