Epidemiology in R: Survival Curves

I’m working on a Public Health question and need guidance to help me study.

[20 points] To do this homework assignment you will need to access the ‘addicts’ and ‘anderson’ datasets from edu/dkleinb/surv3.htm” target=”_blank” id=”yui_3_17_2_1_1616955751542_50″ rel=”noopener”>http://web1.sph.emory.edu/dkleinb/surv3.htm

1. Use the addicts dataset to determine the effect of methadone dose on survival, adjusting for prison record and stratifying on clinic. What is the hazard ratio that compares a person receiving 100 mg/day of methadone compared to one who receives 50 mg/day?

2. Use the Anderson data to obtain survival curve plots for each combination of sex and treatment, adjusted for log WBC.

What to submit: Please submit a single PDF/WORD file containing your answers for all the questions and a copy of your R script either as a separate document, or copy and pasted at the end of your document.
