Complete the following for your venture:
- A deliverables table for your venture (refer to Tables 6.1 and 6.2) with Required Capabilities (refer to Table 6.3).
- A beneficiary experience table with required capabilities for your employees (and/or yourself) (refer to Table 6.5).
- A deliverables table with types of costs for your venture (refer to Table 6.6).
- A funding table for your venture (refer to either Table 6.7 of 6.8).
Include a narrative that responds to the following:
- How can you be sure you have clearly identified all the activities your enterprise needs to be able to realize the items listed in your Beneficiary Experience table?
- How confident are you in securing access to the capabilities you will need?
- What are the gaps between the skills and resources the beneficiaries have and those they need in order to experience the benefits you propose to deliver?
