Topic: Some believe that the advancement of technology, robots take over most of our jobs, causing mass unemployment. Others believe that technological advancements and the use of robots for certain jobs led to new employment opportunities for people.
The Expected Guidelines: The argumentative/persuasive essay should follow these guidelines:
• Should have academic essay structure -6 paragraphs including:
A title: think of an interesting, creative title
An introduction: 6-7 sentences with a strong and clear thesis statement
Supporting Body paragraphs: 3 body paragraphs (support and develop your reasons) 8-11 sentences each
A refute paragraph: 5-7 sentences
A conclusion: 4-6 sentences
• Should use credible sources as supportive citations from:
Primary Sources: provided by the instructor Use any 2 of my assigned readings (any 2 from the 4 articles/texts)
Secondary Sources: researched by the student Citations from 2 credible sources researched by the student and approved by the instructor)
