- Human Resource Systems, Compliance, and Ethics
How your plan close link to the organization’s objectives.

Part II SMACIT Framework Analyses
Using an Extended Socio-Technical Model reflecting the digital platforms/technologies (SMACIT). Please address all SMACIT and apply at least THREE of these (1, social, 2. mobile,3. analytics, 4. cloud, and 5. Internet of things) to support your research topics for IT strategies.
The SMACIT review will help you identify your strategic problems(s) of your organization (supposed the organization is undergoing some change, facing IT challenges, which must be addressed by your new reserch).
