Elements in Designing an Organizations Structure

This assignment has two parts:

(1) Answer this question with a minimum of 300 words and two references. Give three examples that are part of the process of organizational design. Why is determining goals for an organization not part of the process? Please add the references for this question immediately following the response. (2) For the second part of the assignment write a narrative essay (minimum of 1000 words) which addresses the questions and statements below. A minimum of three scholarly sources are required, and all sources should be cited and referenced in APA format.
