I have done the assignment I need change on comment which i got from my Dr..
Write all the comments for editing:
1-word count should be 2500
2-references should be 10 and alphabetically arranged ( Harvard style )
3- avoid using pronouns
4- remove the phrase that is ‘ to set the ball rolling’ and replace it with the concept of motivation was found in different management literature
5- thesis statement should be written like this paper talks about (……) the points discussed in the assignment.
6- restructure the assignment( same structure sent before ) and arrange the ideas properly
7- the conclusion should start with to conclude with or in conclusion
8- work in motivation is wrong because it’s a different thing not related to the assignment question. Instead it should be motivation at work
