There are a number of reasons behind failure in the workplace. Often you will find that change and individual behavior affect an organization’s ability to achieve success. This leads to a decrease in workplace morale and productivity. Using this week’s assigned reading and your current workplace as an example, describe in detail at least three (3) barriers that have created a decline in workplace performance.
Develop a plan for your workplace to eliminate, or offset, these barriers. Include methods to improve performance, cultivate growth, boost morale, and increase productivity. Reference the importance of communication, power, and hierarchy in your plan. Your plan should show evidence of behavioral theories.
Use a minimum of four credible sources, which may include the following supplemental reading and other sources, to support your findings and conclusions.
