Econ328: Environmental Economics Assignment 3

Instructions
I encourage you to work cooperatively but each person is required to turn in their own
work in their own words. Upload your assignment to the Assignment 3 Dropbox folder in
D2L. Make sure you allow some time to upload your file since the Dropbox file will become
inactive at the deadline. There is an additional Dropbox folder for late submissions with a
20% penalty (for every 24 hours) for late submissions.
Grading rubric
This assignment counts for 7.5% of your final grade and the maximum number of points
you can obtain is 100. See below how many points you can obtain in each question. Note
that among the first four assignments the one with the lowest score will be dropped.
