- Observe and rate each item in each category (7 categories and 43 items total)
- Complete the Ecers Score Sheet
- For each item in the score sheet, must include comments and must include other required information about the items – Do not leave anything blank
- For each category, must include subscale correctly.
- After completing 7 categories and individual subscale, must complete the Total and Average Score sheet
