Submit the following:
1) Define the STAKEHOLDERS involved and their VIEWPOINTS (consider at least 4 different ones!).
2) For each viewpoint write a preliminary problem statement taking into account their perspective.
3) Weigh each statement in step 2 and then try to combine into a singular Problem Statement that gets to the heart of the problem!
4) REFINE the problem statement using statement-restatement trigger techniques such as emphasis and opposite statement. How does it make you view the problem differently? Show your process and thinking.
