Political Risks – Risks associated with Country-;specific risks, governmental stability, corruptions, socioeconomic conditions (such as more disposable income in China, Malaysia, etc.…); internal and external conflicts; factors not directly related to target company- but still has an impact on surroundings (such as small towns not wanting franchises in their community).
