The design overall seems very modern, both exterior and interior selections. Please work in a more mixed style. Make sure you use residential dimensioning style for plans. Also make sure all information for each of the 3 focal areas is in the “chapter” so to speak, for that area. Make sure there is furniture on the small, enlarged focal area plans.
Make sure you do add the garage so we can see the relation of house to garage. The client did still want a garage.
Go back an look over all requirements and client profile givens and tweak the book. Thank you for letting me see it so you can make adjustments.
Drawings are a bit distorted or horizontally elongated if you can fix that it would be appreciated.
I did not see the sources research project from week 1-7.
