The “Leadership Premium” whitepaper presents this impact through the lens of targeted, specific, strategic measurements, and the premium or discount corresponding to the leadership of the firm.

- Based on the reading, reflect and share your thoughts on the following:
- For those of you who believe your current or former firm’s leadership would allow for a “premium” to be placed on your firm’s valuation, please explain why; and further, how would you suggest they continue to maintain or improve what has been achieved?
- For those of you who believe your current or former firm’s leadership would require a “discount” to be placed on your firm’s valuation, please explain why; and further, how would you suggest they move forward to reduce the “discount”?
- Eighty (80)% of analysts cite face-to-face meetings as their preferred way of finding out about leadership capabilities. Do you think this this is a smart way to approach valuing leadership in an organization? Would you invest in the company if that was the primary method used to “value” leadership? Why or why not?
