1- ¡Dear author, Your Observational study cannot prove causation: What was the contribution of this article on thinking around whether we ditch all causal language in observational studies?

¡What ideas do they provide regarding the ability for a researcher to address systematic confounding?  ¡They did not raise the issue of Surrogate Measures for Chronic Diseases. Could this help build a causal argument through a mix of experimental evidence with surrogate outcomes and observational data that does a good job adjusting for confounding?
