Your task should present a clear, concise picture of the characteristics that will result.

Brainstorm Ideas – Now you are ready to begin to generate solutions.

                • To successfully accomplish this:
                  • Capture your brainstorming on a large piece of paper or whiteboard
                  • Use the brainstorming ideas in the book.
                  • Use trigger questions and blue cards, and Analogies/Thief and Doctor tool
                  • Clearly show the ideas and process.

Develop Concepts

Choosing the best ideas out of all those you brainstormed will allow you to begin to develop multiple possible solutions (See Step 9 for detailed directions)
