Every organization faces resistance to change when implementing new systems. Discuss how you would implement change management in your organization if you were implementing a new system. Stress can lead to ill-advised decision making especially when deadlines are near and plans get rushed.  Changes also produce great results sometimes, and have the opposite effect of causing errors in judgement.  Dealing with stress and change can ultimately be the difference between a successful venture for a company or wind up making a messy project that never enters it’s final stage.  Managing these happenings takes solid communication, the knowledge to move forward during questionable times, and working together as a team.
