Do an Outline and presentation for persuasive speech

I did the speech ! and i also made the outline !

but the outline was not right. I need you to do the outline on the perfect way ! I attached you a guidelines how to do it and a sample to do it ! 

i need to write as much as you can for the outline ! i already gave you the information and gave you the speech just you need to do it ! 

Also i need a simple simple presentation works with my speech ! do not write too much senteces ! make it with pictuers and stuff like that !
