- Considering this and last week’s readings, In your opinion, why are diversity and Inclusion so important?
- Consider this week’s Video “The 16th Man” through the lens of this week’s readings. What were some of your main takeaways? How would you apply these to a situation that requires Leadership?
- Based on the scores you received on the Organizational Climate Questionnaire in Chapter 8, what are your strengths and weaknesses regarding establishing a constructive climate for a group or an organization? Discuss.
- Explore your answers on the Cultural Diversity Awareness Questionnaire in Chapter 9. Select three items on which you chose almost never or never. Based on your responses to these items, discuss what you could do in your own leadership to be more inclusive toward others.
