1:   The requirements of an analysis process can be very difficult. When there is an analysis process involves meeting requirements like processing, having ideas, and meeting the expectations to the end of the product. When coming up with a new product it takes time to develop. I strongly believe before a new product develops, the people of business who is developing it should have ideas of their own opinions of how they feel about it. I know if I was coming up with a new product, I would want my team of employees to have their opinions on how it should work and how to make the new product. It is always good to ask another opinion on something because, it could work better than the one before. When there is a team of employees they should know the input, process, and output on how to develop the product along the way. The company would want to have the product look good at the end. When coming up with a new product there should be a good understanding for the team who is going to develop it to understand what is going to be expected. And have a good deadline that will give enough time to develop the product.

2:I been around technology for the majority of my life and have seen it change dramatically over the last 20 plus years. One thing that I’ve noticed is that we as humans like instant gratification. This is especially true with technology so when we develop solutions we have to take this into play in the analysis process which in my mind makes it more difficult than even 5-10 years ago. Give me some examples of how instant gratification would make your analysis process more difficult and what you can do to overcome these difficulties. Think about how social media plays into the whole development process.

3: A structured approach does eliminate confusion since you create hierarchy within your programming structure. When your programs are simple this might not matter as much but as they get more complex, you will need the structure to help keep thing things in order. What other things get easier with a proper hierarchy in place? Can you name one and explain why?
