Write a 300- to 500-word response to the following:
When a business commits to socially responsible practices, it positively impacts its employee satisfaction and retention. It’s also great for brand identity because Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives help bolster customer trust and public respect. Choose two different organizations. Discuss two types of CSR successful initiatives and provide examples of how to leverage those initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and maintain profitability while supporting a larger purpose.
Include your own experience as well as two citations that align with or contradict your comments as sourced from peer-reviewed academic journals, industry publications, books, and/or other sources. Cite your sources using APA formatting.
