In the reading this week, you will learn more about the concept of Ma thinking and case studies outlining how to achieve innovations in a wide range of creative activities. Explore capabilities of practitioners based on the five types of Ma thinking to achieve innovation. Synthesize your findings derived from knowledge gained from the Ma theoretical framework and discuss how the framework is or is not related to your organizational culture, mental models, and business management innovation strategies.
Include your own experience as well as two citations that align with or contradict your comments as sourced from peer-reviewed academic journals, industry publications, books, and other sources. Cite your sources using APA formatting. If you found contradicting information to what your experience tells you, explain why you agree or disagree with the research. Write a 350-word personal critical self-reflection.
A personal critical self-reflection is not a summary of what you have learned. The focus is on the learning process, what you will do with your new knowledge, and how it will change what you do in your working environment.
