B. Then, post your discussion to ONE of the following question (5 pts):
- Why is it important to control growth of microorganisms? Explain with a real or hypothetical example.
- Why do we pasteurize but not sterilize foods?
- What is the main difference between sterilization and disinfection? What will happen if surgery tools are disinfected but not sterilized?
