Disaster Planning PPT (5-7 Slides)

The purpose of this assignment is to explore the many aspects of disaster planning and emergency preparedness.

Choose an existing disaster plan from your workplace, church, gym, etc., and create a PowerPoint presentation (5-7 slides) analyzing the disaster or emergency plan for its components. Include the following in your presentation:

1. Identify the type of disaster.
2. Describe the key elements of the disaster plan.
3. Identify which local, state, or federal agencies will respond and what assistance will be provided.
4. Describe roles and responsibilities of experts in relation to emergency management and communication.

While APA style is not required for the body of this assignment, solid academic writing is expected, and documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines, APA style 7th edition.
