Background: Since the pandemic began, Pet Shop Co-op, like many local businesses, has suffered a significant reduction in sales of pet products. To keep the co-op operational and profitable, Ava Hayven is thinking of introducing pet care services. She has asked you to research and write an analytical report about three or four potential pet care services that would appeal to members and their pets, and to recommend the most feasible one given current pandemic restrictions (wearing masks, social distancing, group size limits).
Your task:
- Find a minimum of three credible sources published within the past five years to gather information for your report. Credible sources include relevant national news media, industry reports, trade journals and magazines, etc.
- Write a full two-page (plus reference list), direct strategy analytical report for Ms. Hayven.
