Question 1 is the essay question and question 2 is the problem question. Please use as much academic references as you can that include journals, articles, statute law/cases, books and anything you find necessary. The law assessment guidelines and requirements are in a separate document so please go through them. The word limit for the whole document (2 questions) are 3000 words. In question 2, you could split the 1500 word limit for parts a, b, and c.
All the modules studied are: the rule of law, executive power, introduction to judicial review and illegality review, procedural impropriety, irrationality and the human rights act, proportionality, amenability to review and standing, and judicial review remedies. However, please keep in mind that not all topics are a part of the questions so please identify the topics as required.
