1. Develop a potential plan to use a Circle Process. Identify a potential group/community/family where you would like to use circle process, and identify an issue to address with the group. Then, outline a plan using the 4 Stages of Circles Processes. Make sure to describe how you would approach each of the four stages for the group and the issue you have chosen. Use your imagination, and describe how the process might unfold. You can write this plan in paragraph form or outline form.
2. Briefly outline how you might use the Dialogue Format to facilitate a group discussion (use a different example than you used in question 1). Identify a potential group or community, then identify a difficult topic that the group could benefit from discussing. For each of the four Phases of the Dialogue process, identify one or two questions to guide the conversation.
