  1. Answer each prompt 2 and 3 below thoroughly using theory and address evidence-based group work models. The chosen group is a social skills group for 10 to 14-year-olds. It is not a mandated group and it is not gendered specific. Please cite two references at minimum APA 7th addition. Recruitment can be based on the universal screener used in schools.
  2. Structure: What type of group will this be? And why? And by whom was this group type chosen? What is the length of each meeting? Will it be open-ended or closed? The number of group members? Will it be led by a single facilitator or co-led? Justify your decisions. Was research evidence a factor in the choice of group type? Please elaborate using appropriate citations from the research literature.
  3. Recruitment: What steps would you take in getting the group started? Include how you would approach the agency system and staff, and deal with any ensuing resistance/reluctance.
