Develop a plan to cover one additional area of e-government/e-governance as it relates to public policy evaluation and/or implementation

I though it would approriate for you since you worked on the last 2 assignments. This is basically creating a third plan related to public policy evaluation and/or implementation. For instance, it might be a plan to cover security/privacy issues, one focused on more effective delivery of services, or it might be a plan for measuring performance, etc. Then merging all these assignments together and rework them into one comprehensive and coherent digital strategy. As previously discussed, you don’t need to worked on the presentation part, i just need you to complete the comprehensive paper combining all three plan together. In order for me to complete the presentation part would need for to include headers and subtitles throughout the paper.I have attached assignment 1 and 2 with the template for references.
